Hi! My name is Eve, and I am in the process of completing my 120-
hour TEFL course. After the new year, I want to work as an English
teacher internationally. I received a 2:1 grade for my Journalism
degree at Oxford Brookes University. Meaning I have an
understanding of English at a very high level.

English has always been my favourite subject in school, which is
why I decided to major in it for my A-levels and include it as my
university elective. Like it was for me, I want to make it a favourite
subject for other students at school! I am from the UK and I have
travelled extensively, spending seven months in Asia. I’m passionate about
travelling the world and learning new cultures.

Hello! I have over 15yrs of experience with tutoring and training people of all ages in corporate settings and in the classroom. Although I can't formally call myself a teacher, I am and have always been passionate on educating people and providing them resources to help them better understand the subject. In my current job at Chaucer College I quickly found a love for teaching and helping students from all different walks of life. Every week at work I have worked with people from different countries, teaching them English along the way, gaining many beautiful memories already. To describe myself, I would say I am as supportive as possible, and I like to make learning a fun and engaging experience. I am a friendly and enthusiastic individual with 7 years of experience in tutoring and child care. From the age of 15 to 18 years old, I worked for the tutoring company Kumon, assisting children aged between 3-13 with their English and Maths work sheets.
