Experience:

• I have recently completed a Level 5 168-hour Online TEFL Course through The TEFL Org and in 2022 I obtained a PGCE Primary with QTS certificate from St Mary’s University, Twickenham. I have also completed an undergraduate degree at Bournemouth University in BA (Hons) Sociology & Criminology, achieving a 2:1 where I undertook a placement year as a teaching assistant at Kings College, Alicante. This experience has fuelled my passion to continue working with children and pursue a career in teaching English as a foreign language.

• Confident speaker as I have taken successful lectures and presentations.

Skills/Achievements:

• I have participated in 3 virtual internships with Bright Network UK, which included Technology, Business Operations & Marketing and Commercial Law programmes.
• I am a member of the ‘Social Sciences Society’ at Bournemouth University.
• I have played squash for the Isle of Wight junior county team, in weekly adult leagues, reaching rank No.2 and have played for Bournemouth University men’s first team.
• I have volunteered with Cancer Research UK, testing the quality of donated stock.
• I completed National Citizen Service (NCS) pushing me out of my comfort zones.
• I have played rugby for 10 years at Vectis RFC, captaining for 6 years, playing in France, Belgium and Holland.
