As a recent graduate from the University of Holy Cross with an English Degree, I believe I am an excellent fit for your teaching position. I look forward to the chance to show you how my educational background and other experience have prepared me to make an immediate contribution to your school. During my volunteer work at the Woodland church, I have learned several key skills that will enable me to thrive in this job, particularly my teaching skills by tutoring students at the church. I have also refined my critical thinking and analytical skills, and have learned how to effectively meet deadlines, and work with various types of people to complete projects and tasks.
