Mason: United Kingdom: Nov 16, 2026

Dear Recruiters. My name is Mason and my main strength is my enthusiasm that makes me committed to improvement. I have a passion for teaching English and enriching the lives and careers of students with high-quality lessons and I believe my enthusiasm accelerates my growth as a teacher.

I have hands-on experience teaching at a language center in Beijing and serving as an academic mentor for children in the UK. I am confident I can deliver the lively, yet academic lessons English learners need.

At the language center in Beijing, I taught English to young learners using songs, games, storytelling. I managed classrooms of 2–15 children, tracked their progress, controlled bad behaviour and provided regular feedback to parents. I also collaborated with local teaching assistants and international teachers.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Exeter and a TEFL qualification and I am a native English speaker. I am excited to find an organisation that focuses on both learning and the necessary work culture to create it.

Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience in Beijing or the UK can help your students learn and love English.

Yours faithfully,

Mason
