Working as team leader at the UK’s busiest and no.1 popular coffee shop franchise, I have developed my leadership skills significantly over the years which will help me present lessons and teach students with ease, poise and confidence. My communication, organisational and problem solving skills have evolved greatly due to working within such a fast paced environment. I feel confident that my skillset will positively impact my teaching experience and allow for work/ class objectives to be achieved.

I believe my empathy, patience and kindness will also be an asset in the classroom as I believe these qualities also allow students to have a safe, positive learning environment and help contribute to their academic success.
