After recently completing my studies in Esports Coaching and Management, I am looking to transfer my skills, knowledge and passion for helping and supporting individuals growth into teaching. Throughout my studies, I have developed practical experience through individual and team coaching, with a strong focus on teaching and learning, psychology, leadership and management.
In terms of my personality, I believe that I am empathetic, compassionate, adaptable and heavily focused on growth. I genuinely take pride and passion in helping and supporting people to learn and grow, both as students and as individuals. Whether it is overcoming a personal challenge or helping someone gain confidence in an area where they may be lacking, being part of that process and helping them overcome challenges in an efficient and effective way is something I really enjoy.
My main strengths are problem solving, adaptability and caring about the learner’s individual needs and learning style. I believe everyone is different in how they learn, develop and communicate, therefore requiring a personal and individualised approach to learning. I aim to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning, developing their confidence and working towards their personal goals.
