Greetings!

I am a passionate and loving person who loves to teach. I have been in South Korea for going on 7 years as an educator. I am excited for the opportunity to speak with you regarding the English instructor position. I have attached my introductory cover letter and resume for your review.
My teaching philosophy combines high academic expectations with a supportive, student-centered approach, helping students develop both strong foundational skills and the confidence to succeed.

I'm a warm, supportive teacher with a good sense of humor, and I'm known for being organized, thorough, and creating a structured learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.

The skills I value most in teaching English are making fun sessions, maintaining good relationships with my students, and changing my teaching approach to suit different levels of learning. My concentration is on helping students build confidence in their English usage within a controlled, supportive classroom setting.
