I have worked with children and young people at every stage of their development (from Early Years through to Young Adults), as well as those who are recognised by Statutory Authorities as having SEND. Working within Nurseries, Schools, Colleges and Agencies has allowed me to develop the confidence to deliver support to Students whose Learning Styles, Abilities and Needs can differ from others.

As an individual, I possess the characteristics that enable me to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, where learners feel able to ask questions, take risks and grow in confidence.

In terms of my Key Skills, these include: effective Communication, Classroom Support, Patience, Organisation and Building Relationships with Learners. In addition, I am a creative and Enthusiastic Individual. These attributes enable me to ensure that all aspects of the curriculum are delivered in a way that is both Engaging, Supportive and Enjoyable for the learner.
