Although I don’t have formal classroom teaching experience, I’ve spent several years coaching badminton to children and young adults. That hands-on experience has helped me develop strong communication, patience, and leadership skills—traits that are essential in any teaching environment. It’s taught me how to keep students engaged, tailor lessons to different learning styles, and create a supportive, structured atmosphere.
Professionally, I’m a qualified lawyer in England, which has shaped my ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and remain calm under pressure. These are skills I believe transfer well into the classroom, especially when it comes to organization, adaptability, and guiding students with confidence.
I’ve also completed a 120-hour TEFL course, which has given me a solid foundation in lesson planning, classroom management, and the core principles of teaching English as a second language. I’m genuinely passionate about learning and personal development, and I’m excited to bring that same mindset into my role as a teacher.
