My name is Kimberly Bailey and I currently have 9 months of teaching experience in Korea and 3 years of experience in online teaching. I am a hardworking and goal-orientated person and am able to handle multiple tasks in related to ESL teaching. I am able to create lesson plans, prepare the necessary materials. I am very flexible and I am able to quickly adapt to any sudden schedule changes. I am able to read Korean and I am in the process of learning to speak it as well. In my current school I had three different Co-Teachers and I was able to change and adapt my teaching style in order to foster a good teaching relationship with them. I am friendly and outgoing. I am also a very curious person, and this curiosity has led to discovering new places and making friends easily.
