I have experience as a tutor at 6 ESL summer camps in which I led children of all ages in a mixture of classroom and outdoor activities.
Following my success as a tutor, I was promoted to a supervisor position and was responsible for training over 70 tutors.
I pride myself on being an engaging and enthusiastic communicator, as well as on my ability to form and maintain interpersonal relationships. I have used this skillset to lead a plethora of training sessions across a variety of fields including ESL, retail and youth football.
I have an MA and BA in English related fields, along with a TEFL certificate. I bring the skills that I gained at university into teaching by devising creative lessons for the students to engage with.
My interests include writing fiction as well as performing stand-up comedy. I also love to travel and to seek authentic experiences in new countires. I am an outgoing person who enjoys meeting people from all over the world and learning about other cultures.
