Through my Geography major while I was in university, I discovered a great love of storytelling and intercultural communications. This love, when combined with my creativity and warm demeanor, make me an approachable and engaging teacher. Language is a fascinating communicative tool; my openminded approach and knowledge gained both through my studies in university and while getting my TEFL certification have shaped me into a curious, driven, and empathetic person.
I have worked teaching young children before, including children with learning disabilities such as autism, and I ensured every day felt both productive and fun for my students.
