I have 8 years teaching in public schools in Korea. The majority have been with a co-teacher in the room but leading the class and activities on my own. I have experience planning lessons as well as testing after lessons. I easily connect with students and find ways to have then engage in class even if they are not as interested in English. I am willing to help students outside of class as well as play games in spare time. I like to prepare interactive activities so that students are not spending the whole class time listening to me speak but also having time and chances for them to practice. I get along well with other staff members and in the past have attended staff events outside of work.
