In regard to educational experience, I obtained a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from the Florence Institute of Design International and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Media Art from Montclair State University. My academic journey, which includes living and studying abroad, has cultivated independence, responsibility, and strong time management. In 2025, I furthered my passion for education through the TEFL Academy's Level 5 Diploma certification to teach English as a foreign language. I perceive teaching English as a foreign language as an opportunity to provide both a positive and meaningful impact on education, build a diverse community, and experience new cultures. Professionally, I bring a decade of customer service and retail experience that has equipped me with valuable transferable skills such as patience, empathy, active listening, and leadership. I have two years of experience teaching kindergarten to middle school students in Busan. I have also had experience teaching and tutoring university students when I lived in the US.

My strengths are making an engaging classroom environment. I encourage my students to be creative, and I try to incorporate different learning methods for each lesson.
