I have ESL experience through weekly involvement in English conversation partners dinners throughout my entire time in University. Participating in these dinners allowed me to learn about different cultures and create lifelong friendships. It made a deep desire to learn continuously, which resulted in my completion of a 120-hour TEFL course to learn more about teaching English abroad. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people.

I am a seasoned technologist with experience in healthcare information systems and customer success. Over my career I have held many roles that have allowed me to share my experiences through presentations, mentoring, and training. I have proficiency in creating presentations with the standard office tools and presenting to different groups whether new professionals or C-suite executive. Other skills I possess are organization, working as a team, process analysis, process development, technical writing and training documentation and other content. My role as a consultant has allowed me to travel throughout the US and Europe, talking with people, sharing knowledge and training best practices. My current role has me working with a range of people both technical and non-technical to train on software and processes to optimize workflows and productivity. Before my professional career I worked with children as a camp counselor, coached summer football (soccer), and provided swim lessons.
