I think that my strong point is a kind of flexibility or versatility based on long-term teaching experiences
and intellectual interests in various subjects;
especially, I guess I have an edge in communicating
with a wide range of students, regardless of age
and academic ability.
Besides, I have a very strong work ethic; as for me,
the adjective 'responsible' is almost synonymous with
'religious'.

Hyowoo: Korea: University of Bristol, UK / City University of Hong Kong: Mar 01, 2019

Grown up as a Third Culture Kid, I have high understanding towards international students who live outside their own languages and cultures. When it comes to Korean students who study in China, please allow me to assure you that I would not only be able to be their teacher but their mentor to guide them through this journey since this is what I have exactly been through.

Also, my Masters degree in Education together with my Bachelors degree in Politics makes me strongly eligible to teach social sciences, especially global politics in secondary school.

I would dearly love to discuss with you further about the position at your convenience.

I think the skills required by overseas marketing positions are open communication, analytical skills, understanding needs in the market, cooperative taxes with various departments, big data utilization skills, and the ability to deal with the enterprise resource management system (ERP).
For a year, a manufacturing company called TOPFIELD, Australia worked with various departments for marketing planning, purchasing and overseas business. In this process, we developed the needs for collaboration and communication skills with other departments. Even though it was my first company, my first job, I had my opinion that I added functionality to the product, received incentives for increased sales revenue in the region, and had a reference from my boss. In addition, foreign companies have developed their operational capabilities and analytical skills by identifying customer needs and analyzing the relationship between suppliers and competitors. And, the ability to analyze the strengths and weakness of subcontractor has been developed by purchasing the parts of the subcontractor.
When, I came back to Korea, I received a second-class inspection from a foreign export specialist on auto parts operated by the Korea International Trade Association. Learning about trade, process system, and overseas sales and marketing plan, I have been trained to enter the current job right away based on my knowledge. I’ve won the best award in export and import simulation, which was the most impressive project. Due to the lack of resource management in the company, the company failed to export its products overseas, but it was more valuable as the most accurate and analytical award.
Through this process, I felt the needs for knowledge of the enterprise-wide resource management system. So, I’m taking classes at AJOU University Graduate School of Business as an ERP major on weekends. Even, after the result I received from the Korea International Trade Association, I have been trained because I believe it will help me to perform my company’s business by acquiring and SAP international certificate.
To become a competitive new employee with analytical skills, collaborative skills, and ERP system, I will enter the company with the spirit to make creative use of my experience and challenge passionately.

I am very personable thanks in large part to many leadership positions I have had stemming from High School. I was Student Body President, President of the French Club, involved in sports, I was on a 2 year service mission in Korea and met and taught amazing people during my time there. Because of my experience living abroad, leading other people, and teaching as a Teacher's Assistant, I know that I have very desirable skills that will benefit the students who I am over.

Hyeonji: Korea: University of Arkansas: Jan 15, 1994

Hyeonji: Korea: University of Arkansas: Jan 15, 1994

To whom may it concern,

My name is Hyeonji Park. I studied in the US (Wisconsin, Arkansas) from my high school education to university. My major is Studio Art, but I took more mathematics classes than average art students (such as Cal 1, Cal2, Combinatorics, Discrete Math) because I was interested in Computer Science. And I have taken sufficient amount of art history classes too (if you want to review my official copy of transcript, I would be happy to sent it.) I was accepted as a Honors Fellow student who gets 4-year scholarship from the University; I was the third international student who got the scholarship since school established the Honors college.

I do not have sufficient teaching experiences. Yet, I love working with various people and students. There are so many things I learned when I started my high school year in Wisconsin- from teachers and the culture. I wish to provide same experiences to students who are constantly growing and developing. I have work experiences instead; New Student and Family Program of University of Arkansas & Art Feeds. I designed posters, SNS posts, goods, and advertising materials for both. NSFP holds student-leading events for freshman and family of University and Art Feeds provides art curriculum for teachers and children (especially who are under difficult conditions.) I learned how to plan, design, and communicate as a team player while working with them (if you need any reference numbers for previous employers, I would be very glad to send them to you.)

I really wish to have an opportunity to join the GLOII team and hope to hear back from you.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Hyeonji Park

Soohyun: Korea: Korea Unviersity: Feb 20, 2019

My academic background in a most prestigious high school and university in Korea, as well as research background, will be a valuable asset in teaching GLOII. It was true in continuing my experience in private tutoring. I’ve taught Korean International School and Seoul International School student who need my help in biology and math subjects. I used to call my students every after class to check if they still remember keywords or key concepts. I wanted to ensure their academic excellence as well as to have some real experience in laboratory work when preparing for AP biology and school projects. I’ve rented a study room and university laboratory to conduct frog or mice biopsy, microscopy and so on. Also, since I was also one of the US university applicants, I was able to consult my students to which university or what they lack in their portfolio.

I felt most fulfilled and happy when teaching my students. I am confident that my relevant experience and my background can contribute to GLOII’s success. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss this position future.

Winnie: Korea: PUFS: Dec 24, 2018

Winnie: Korea: PUFS: Dec 24, 2018

Hello, how are you ?
I`m an applicant, my name is Hyuna,
English name is Winnie.
Unfortunately, I`am very unhappy,
inconvienient,uncomfortable,
unsatisfied with my life.
Because, yesterday also I`ve had a job
interview in Korea.
Same as other days, I failed.
Why I am so frustrated, actually I had
job interviews over 400 times in Korea.
Can you believe it ?
You can believe it, if you want.
But I `m writing on you a truth.
Here are the obvious reasons.
First, I wish I could get a job abroad.
Because, In Korea, so many people
they DO NOT recruit ,those whom,
use in English. Especially, duty free shops,
trade companies, department stores, small-midium
size enterprises, even in helping
immigration & boarding schools,
hospitals, restaurants, reservation call center
for foreigners, hotels, building information desk.

Second, they require high TOEIC score
like over 700-900, in every fields of
using in English.

Third, when Korean teach in English
to the kids, have to speak in English only,
without Korean.
Refer to my career I only taught children
with Korean about English alphabet,
sentences, basic grammars, vocabularies.
Whenever I had a job interview,
I got so upset and angry.
Because, I called with the Korean
HR managers on the phone
as a pre-job interview, I only told the FACTS.
Which I could work, or not exactly.
But they surely answered me alright
on the phone.
On the other hand, for a real,
in those job interviews they refused me.
With unacceptable reasons,hilarious condemning.

Fourth, they discriminated me
with my appearances. Still can`t understand!

Fifth, Korean companies are very fraudulous.
Be careful of them. They have no faith,
no responsibilities. Just called to the applicants,
even they do not want to hire.
No doubt, no naive intentions either purposes.

I waited for their job interview answers
as fast as possible. But they never call.
Applicants should wait for a long time.
These days, a few companies are better.
But still no calling. And Korean job recruiters
are very stingy, they even don`t treat
a cup of coffee.
More over, out sourcing companies
are very bad.
To the applicants, only require
various types of resume.
Whenever they call me they pretend to
hire me, near employee,it sounds like that.
But they only take my resume,
and then no response.
How rude Korean companies!
How many times should I endure myself?
I waited a lot, hold back over hundreds times.

Sixth, Korean HR recruiters are very uncourteous.
Basically, unkind, do not inform
interview places delicately,
on the way of job interviewing,
I was trying to find the place, called them
but didn`t get the phone, shouted & insulted me a lot.
Can you imagine how I am embarrassed ?
And they call me lunch time,
or early in the morning.
Those routines are repeated
over and over again.
Also, if I try to get a job, I must use SNS.
Every single Korean companies
use SNS when they WORK.
Even I don`t want, they enforce me.
And I prefer to use,read,write capital(big) letters.
But Koreans think that`s weird, a jerk, retardness.
I have no right to choose. No respect.
It `s pretty sad sad situation.

I live in Yang-Ju city, it`s very wide ,
but buses are so slow.
It took about 2-3 hours to get to
Seoul(capital city) or urban.
Why I think Korean companies are
such a bastard, whenever I have a job interview
I was near starving, bitter saliva,
nobody knows my hungers.
Small salaries, long distances,
overwhelming I mean heavy works.
They only insist of their selfish opinions.
I`ve been very very suffering.
My family either treat me as a disabled person,
lunatic, a loser, a fraudulous person.
I lost my faith. I am hurting.

I want to live ,I want to work.
Please help me. I need somebody`s help.
Hopefully, recommend me an appropriate
job position ,or offer me a good job.
