I am a hardworking, enthusiastic and adaptable individual. I am excited for the opportunity to teach children as i believe that this is the best way to share and learn cultures as well as languages.
I have had volunteer experience at animal shelters and numerous team building activities and courses throughout my school life.
I am currerntly doing a 100 hour TEFL course and plan to complete it by the end of February.

I have 17 years of experience working at the Home Office as an Immigration officer and later specialising as a criminal and financial investigator.
In brief, I investigated organised crime groups involved in Immigration related crimes including human trafficking, people smuggling, Immigration fraud and deception.
Such work meant I had key organisational skills allowing me to successfully present a case to court and get a conviction.

I was thorough in my case and interview preparation, allowing me to obtain all evidence necessary for a case to be successful in court.

I have excellent communication skills. This meant I could communicate with suspects and victims with due diligence and also meant I could communicate exceptionally well with other law enforcement agencies, Government and court bodies. These skills also allowed me to communicate well with young children and young adults in vulnerable situations and otherwise.

I have a vast amount of experience in preparing and delivering training and work shops to Home Office staff, the police and other professional bodies.
I was the Equality and Diversity trainer within the South West region for the Home Office and delivered a vast amount of training on diversity issues and laws.
I was also the trainer for police officers in the region who needed training on Immigration laws and their rights as police officers.
I feel this experience will help me in preparing and delivering lessons which will be fun and informative for adults and children alike.

I have taught basic English to three children online whilst they were in Pakistan. The children are distant relatives who became orphaned a few years ago. The children have come to the UK where they have been adopted. In order to prepare them for life in the UK, I taught them grammar and vocabulary so that when they started school in the UK, they were on a level playing field with the other children.

I speak two other languages myself, Urdu and Punjabi.

I have completed a 150 premium course which I completed in Cardiff followed by the advanced 30 hour course on teaching young children.

I am a recent university graduate seeking a teaching position in South Korea. I have a keen interest in languages, having studied German at university and I am currently starting beginner's Korean. I aim to develop the teaching skills I acquired during my time as a language assistant in a local high school and develop my studies of Korean language and culture. I recently decided to travel independently to South Korea for two weeks where I discovered I could adapt easily to my Korean host family's schedule and enjoyed experiencing a new culture enormously. At my current job we run scuba diving courses and PADI qualifications, and as a part of that I was asked to supervise children's scuba parties, where I found that I really enjoy working with children. I am now asked to organize games and activities after the positive feedback I received from parents and children. I also completed my Emergency First Response course which included skills like CPR and emergency secondary care so that I could ensure responsibility for the safety of a group as well as games and fun. During my time working for a family-run scuba business I learned the importance of forming a bond with the local diving community and found that a naturally friendly and open nature really helped me engage with the customers and get know people as individuals. I am eager to tie these experiences into teaching and look forward to starting my new career.

I'm an energetic and creative teacher, with a professional attitude and a real desire to help students achieve their full potential. I have three years’ experience teaching English in China and Korea, and I have completed my CELTA.

I have a passion for the English language, as evidenced by my BA (Hons) in Creative Writing. My experience during the course, and my own work outside of it, have given me an excellent level of written English.

I’m sociable, and have the ability to get along well with people from a range of backgrounds. I also have the ability to adapt to different working environments and cultures.

Although I am young, I am a bright, energetic, and enthusiastic teacher, and I especially am confident in teaching elementary school students. I have been teaching English to elementary to middle school students for about 4 years; I have taught one on one classes as well as larger classes with up to 10 students. Experience: Hoping to gain my first experience as a teacher of English as a foreign language in South Korea. This would be my first time teaching English in a foreign country, but I can promise you that I am an incredibly hardworking and trustworthy person that would excel in this position. Also, I have a love of Korean culture as I am very interested in Korean entertainment and the Korean language as well. I have been teaching myself Korean for about a year now and am continuing with my Korean studies daily.

Personality: I am a very easy-going person that can get along with literally anyone. I am very patient, understanding and mindful of others. People close to me often say that I am a very considerate, generous and loving person. I am always looking for ways to create progress in my life through learning and/or gaining new skills. I am an incredibly strong and resilient person overall and I work very hard at everything that I do.

Skills: I am passionate about reading and writing because I believe that having a way to express yourself in these ways can make you a more well-rounded individual that is capable of better relating to others. My mother, who has a PhD in Literacy and a Masters degree in Education, instilled in me a fascination and close relationship with the English language. I have always enjoyed teaching to small groups and I enjoy helping others to understand in a way that works for them. I enjoy the challenge of finding different ways of doing things and I believe that teaching English is a very good way to fulfill that challenge. I am adept at learning in general as well. I learn things very quickly. And if I don’t know how to do something, I will teach myself and figure it out, usually within an hour.

Regarding my education level, I have a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Sydney. I have taught chemistry to high school students in Thailand, and have also been an Assistant Professor (Nazarbayev University) for a period of 4 years. I am an easy-going person, and like to teach eager young minds.
