I am both a Canadian (my mother is Canadian) and a Colombian citizen (my father was Colombian), and have lived in Canada for many years. I am a native speaker of both English and Spanish. I have an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Toronto. I have recently helped in the implementation of a Business-English Program from a well-known business University in that country, EAFIT University (Medellin, Colombia). I had already had extensive ESL teaching experience (+15 years and serious training) both in institutions and through private classes in multiple settings. Moreover, I am a certified translator (English-Spanish).Moreover, I was just recently granted, at the beginning of July, TESL CANADA Certification, LEVEL II PERMANENT. This certification is only granted to teachers who can provide a high number of certified hours of teaching, referrals of excellence by their employees.
