I am a Korean and American dual citizen living in Gangnam, Seoul with native English and conversational Korean skills. I have two years of teaching experience with students ranging from 1st to 12th grade and have had various private tutoring jobs since university. I have focused primarily on teaching small TOEFL and SAT Reading classes to middle and high school students but have also worked with larger classes of elementary school students. I particularly enjoyed my year in Tokyo getting to know my high school students, during which I also worked one-on-one with 11th to 12th graders to craft and edit English college admissions essays. I am able to work well in classes with students of varying skill levels and have experience working with both very structured curricula and looser, individually tailored curricula.
