I am a bubbly enthusiastic individual with a creative and enticing teaching technique. I am easily approachable and understanding of the needs of the students, but also the rules that need to be followed. I am patient and clear with what I put across. I have been involved with private tutoring for 2 years, including tutoring of a student with ADHD. I deal well under pressure (I coach large groups of secondary school children swimming) and I can easily resolve conflict and think on my feet. I am responsible and possess good problem solving abilities. I feel I would be a great asset to your English Teaching institution.
